Juncture - Full Film Now Viewable

Friday, October 13, 2017

With our festival run coming to a close, it gives us great pleasure to finally unveil the award-winning Juncture. For the first time, you can watch Juncture in HD from the comfort of your home, right here!

Written and Directed by Luke Creely, Produced by Jack Coco and shot by Alper Kasap, Juncture tells the story of James and Danny Davey, a father and son who, in the wake of a traumatic event, struggle to come to terms with their grief, causing an emotional rift to develop between them. At night, Danny is haunted by a mysterious entity who is determined for vengeance.

Juncture is a film about silences, non-verbal communication and body language; it is a film which explores suppressed emotion and the extent to which such emotion can, over time and if left untended, manifest and materialise in bizarre, unpredictable and often frightening behaviour.

Rowan Howard and Kieran Cochrane star as James and Danny Davey. The talented support cast includes Suzie Whyte, Emily Eoy, Paul Herbert and Cris Cochrane.

Made on a production budget of just $1,000, Juncture has featured at 13 festivals worldwide and has won 7 awards, including Best Director (Luke Creely) at 12 Months Film Festival, Best Horror Short at FROSTBITE International Film Festival, Best Male Actor (Rowan Howard) at FROSTBITE International Film Festival, Best Thriller at Mediterranean Film Festival, Best Short Film at TMBT Film Awards, Winner of the Month at DSOFF and Winner of the Month at DMOFF.

Thank you to each person involved in the making of this little film.

We are now incredibly excited to share it with the world.
